Just before the end of the first half, in the 45th minute, Chelsea equalised with the help of Frank Lampard.
During the first 45 mins there were quite some events, Scholes was shown a yellow card while his nose bleeding after colliding with Claude Makelele who also got a yellow card. The half time score was 1-1

The second half was more dominated by Chelsea and both teams became rather physical during the match (At one point i wondered whether it was a football match or a wrestling match Ryan Giggs broke Bobby Charlton's all-time Manchester United club appearance record when he replaced Paul Scholes after 87 minutes.
Both teams got the chance to score but none managed to grab the victory in the first 90 minutes.

The match went to penalties where Cristiano Ronaldo got really depressed after he missed his penalty. During the fifth penalty Terry put the ball outside which gave Mancester United the chance to get back and after Anelka missing his penalty, Manchester United won the UEFA Champions League 2008 with a score of 6-5.

The players of the Red Devils celebrated that victory with real enthusiasm with Cristiano Ronaldo really relieved that his mistake did not cost his team the Cup. All the Man Utd players cheered Edwin Van Der Sar for his precious save that led their team to victory.

Hello Friends...

After such a long time, got a new post... Well was really busy with the final year project and also got "some" assignments to complete..

After such a long time we got the opportunity to allow ourselves a break from our Projects and Assignments... The plan was to go at the Cine and watch a movie with our dear friends... The place was 'Cine Star ' at the Caudan Waterfront and the movie was 'Chambre 1408'. The time scheduled was at 13:30hr (yesterday)... I arrived five minutes after the movie had already started. And there were my friends Leela and Kavishen waiting for me... So nice of them...   (Ene la mo partenaire ladans... hehehe... )  Vanam, Ritesh, Nishna, Madeven, Kailash and Manisha were already present there. After some time Varsha and Kushal too came...   Well we did not miss much of the movie. So we sat there enjoying our time watching the movie... So let's talk a bit about the movie... The main character of the movie was Mike Enslin (John Cusack)

who is a writer of paranormal stories, comes across the Room 1408 of Dolphin Hotel... He is told there have been a lot of mysterious deaths hence the room is not allowed to be used anymore... Not really believing in ghosts he takes it as a challenge and insists to stay in that room for one night despite being warned by the Director of the hotel... And then begins the thrills in the movie...

The movie was a really nice one with the background music playing a great role in the scenes and scaring the girls... well not really scaring but simply shocking them from time to time with unexpected "events"...

After the movie we spent some time together... and went to visit the new building at the Waterfront and as usual the girls with their "leche vitrine" habits and Ravi and Kushal being in a hurry to return home We really had a nice time and we all returned home with Varsha, Leela, Madeven, Kushal and myself heading towards "La Gare Du Nord" and the others heading towards the south. En route to the bus station Madeven and Kushal told us a nice joke about the statue of Sir Seewsagur Ramgoolam and Mahe de Labourdonnais facing each other LOL... We never stop enjoying with our friends...

Really lucky to have you as friends... C ya later...

How u all doing??? LOL I just had a look at a demo video of the game Assassin's Creed and what i saw was simply... WOW. This is all a new generation of gaming and frankly it has the best features i have seen so far... That feature which makes it fantastic is: each and every component in the game is interactive... Isn't this great??? Even the civilians react to wat you do in the game... Well the fights seem to be really a tough job since the fight has also been made realistic... Yeah that's the word... REALISTIC... we can say the features make it all look real... COoooll

The game has been released only on consoles and not on pc for the time being... And i wonder when the pc version will be released how many will be able to play it because the system requirements will be really high... phew.... seeing the demo made my mouth water... and am already beginning to regret of not having a powerful pc...  
Only 128MBRAM Graphics, 1.5GB RAM, and 2.8GHz HT Processor...  

lol wat was moe than enough yesterday became minimum today... Wat a world....

Those who want to play those games i recommend you to buy a console...

I was damn angry... i would have to buy a neew power supply that day itself???? Grrrrrrrrr.....

I opened the pc... and checked everything... the memory card... the graphics card... damn the graphics card has got dirt on its fan... got to clean it... anyone has a good suggestion how to clean it guys???? i then inserted it again back into the slot.... and plugged in the computer...  and there it is.. it works...    i was relieved.. i took the files i needed... well supposedly i had taken everything.... as it is i was already late... i took the bus from Triolet and arrived at port louis... and i left the bus station at the time the lecture was about to begin.... that is... the lecture would begin in 10 mins.... Well i can see someone familiar getting in the bus.. and yeah he is my classmate Kevin... At least i would not be the only one to be late... Phew... it was peak hours at that time and we arrived at the Lecture 45 mins late... when i entered the class some of my dear friends seemed really happy to see me... they ssouted:"ala tiwu" lol they are really cool friends...  me and my friend kavin sat just in front of the lecturer lol......... 

well our respected lecturer was explaining to us abt how our third year would be and our final year projects... he has alreasy warned us to be really serious next year.. (well if i am promoted to year 3 ) So his lecture finished at 1000hrs... and i do not know why when he got up to go the whole classclapped their hands... well i did not understand anything so i remained like that.... looking to the left and to the right... well we then went to our web tech lecture class... we did our lecture on XML... frankly i was not able to concentrate too much.. i do not know why... after that there was a class with Dr. Moonian... this was only a presentation class so i preferred to go to the lab and work on the Web Tech. project.... helping my dear friend Leela and making some final touches to my own project...

well we stayed in the lab till 1400hrs... and the presentation was to begin at 1430hrs.... so i said lemme go to the common and there i met my dear friends... they were playing 'satate...' Saw a beautiful friend smiled at her  she was there for printing something perhaps... 

At 1435hr we all went to the lab and there was our lecturer already in the lab and he had also started to check the assignments.... well i took my pendrive... our class representative was distributing our time tables... just installed everything and after some effort everything was ok... well i had thought it was ok.... then i realised i have forgotten an important file.... (my database)   well i thought wat to do... then i remebered got one copy in my mailbox... so i want to Yahoo mail... and wat the hell??? That was damn slow.... i was really getting impatient... and the lecturer is very fast in checking the websites... (really fast... did he really checked those websites or just for some of them???) well i was really getting impatient... then the fone rang... it was the lecturer's fone... after the call he seemed really in a hurry... he was checking a students web site... when the student said she has got a problem... lol he said: "Ok you show it to me tomorrow... " LOL when he came to me the database was still not loaded.... i had to say that i have forgotten the database and he said the same thing to me... i have to show it tomorrow... WOW.... so much tension for nothing.. This is called a student life... Well now 2morrow i have 2 assingnments to present.... Web Site and OpenGL graphics.... Wat gonna happen tomorrow???? Well leave all that to god...
